When you contact ADEO, we see it as a request for specific changes. We would like to hear about what kind of behaviour you want to see more of in your company. One example could be to see more customer calls closing with a sale, or to make employees listen more to one another, or make the tone of voice more pleasant in company teams, etc. It is often hard to know exactly what kind of behaviour is needed. Sometimes it is defined as a goal, or as something you don’t want. Either way specific changes are in demand.

ADEO uses several different methods when helping companies coping with changes. Overall our work methods can be divided in two – exercise and reflection. In relevance to your request, we present managers and staff with a setting where they can reflect upon their actions according to the desired goal/outcome. We call our methods Simulation and Interweave. As you will read more about these methods, you will learn that they implement specific and well known methods of intervention, i.e. appreciative inquiry, in each case.

We use games to implement these methods of intervention, because games presents a simple way to control that various guidelines for interaction is directed by the rules of the game and enforced by the participants. A game makes it fun and motivating but it is still a tool that facilitates a continuous work with the challenges facing your company. In that way games make you free of bringing in external experts, when dealing with challenges covered by the game.

The provision for our approach is a strong belief in the learning process that occurs when managers and staff find answers to their own questions. Solutions found by your self, have a better chance of being realized. ADEO creates a powerful framework that facilitates searching for solutions, through our tools, that involves exercises as well as reflection.
